Welcome to Stream Mobility
Since 2018, we have provided personalised wheelchair transportation services to family and their loved ones in Singapore who has mobility challenges. Our mission is to be an avenue for person with mobility challenges to continue living an active life with dignity.
Humble Beginnings
“Soo’s Nursing Home” was started by the founders’ parents in 1985 here in sunny Singapore. They wanted a comfortable and homely place for residents where they would be treated with care and respect. They worked hard to create a welcoming atmosphere that felt like home.
Continuing The Family Legacy
The founders were inspired by their parents’ vision to create personalized care services with dignity, comfort, and a homely setting. Today, they continue to provide exceptional care services through “Stream Mobility,” and they strive to maintain the same high standard of care that their parents established. We aim to bridge the gap for wheelchair users, and to redefine possibilities and inclusion. With our services, we empower individuals to reclaim activities they once thought inaccessible, in hopes that regardless of mobility challenges, can actively participate and thrive.
